- All of the production is in the house. From steel sheet to the finished machine all the processes are completed in the factory. Machines are assembled and tested in the factory and shipped afterwards trial runs.
- Birim factory is a Green Factory. All the Electricity used in the production is collected from Solar panels at the factory roof. Water used in the factory is harvested from the rain. Birim Makina is working on the requirements of the European Green Deal since 2023.
- Design of the equipment is done by our decades of years experienced designers with the help of Analysis Software that helps develop better equipment each time we build a new one.
- Birim Makina installs only European Tier 1 suppliers in its equipment such as Bosch Rexroth, Siemens, Schneider, Hydac, Mahle, Baluff, Benteler, AKG, Beka. All the parts can be found fast and fair value in the market at all times.
