Malsfeld – Dierk Schumacher, Managing Partner of Dr. Schumacher GmbH, has been elected as a representative in the IHK (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Regional Assembly for the Schwalm-Eder district. The term of office begins on April 1, 2024, and ends on March 31, 2029. On the occasion of his successful election, Dierk Schumacher commented:
“It is a great honor for me to represent the Schwalm-Eder district in the IHK Regional Assembly for the first time. I would like to thank all voters for their support and the trust they have placed in me. Northern Hesse is a strong economic region. During the next five years of my term, I want to do my part to ensure it stays that way.
I am confident that I can contribute my many years of experience as an entrepreneur and managing director to the Regional Assembly. Our region needs clear direction and a predictable future in which all companies and small businesses can find their place. I will actively work toward that future.
I want to support dedicated entrepreneurs in better understanding regulatory challenges and in confidently taking countermeasures. With the rising burden of bureaucracy, it is becoming increasingly difficult for businesses to do good work. We must oppose this! Northern Hesse needs planning security from policymakers. SMEs need relief. That is the only way we can safeguard important jobs and business locations.
I extend my hand to all fellow representatives to work together to bring about change and stand up for Northern Hesse and the Schwalm-Eder district. Through a collaborative effort, we can assert our interests and give our region a strong voice.
The IHK Regional Assembly is a powerful platform for Northern Hesse and the Schwalm-Eder district to advocate for regional companies and small businesses. For less bureaucracy, more freedom to innovate, and greater security in planning for the future. Together for a strong Northern Hesse – now and in the years to come.”
