The Magnetic Lever Lifter is a manually controlled permanent magnet lever designed for moving (lifting, transporting and lowering) ferromagnetic materials [e.g. sheet metal (plate or round shape), usually iron materials].<\/p>\n
Such lifting equipment utilizes the properties of permanent magnets to create a magnet field capable of attracting ferrous materials. Within the equipment, it is activated by a lever that rotates a core containing neodymium magnets with strong magnetic properties; the magnetic current obtained in this direction passes through the load to be moved during the operating phase and short-circuits in the lever during the release phase. Since they are made of permanent magnets, they work without an electronic circuit and are not affected by power outages. They are safer to use than electromagnetic systems.<\/p>\n

During operations, you should clean the surface of components such as rust and burrs on the sheet metal surface. The Magnetic Lifter must be placed in the center of the sheet metal part to be transported. Then place the crane on the face of the Magnetic Lifter, turn the Lever from the \u201c-\u201d position to the \u201c+\u201d position until it \u201cholds\u201d. Ensure that the safety switch on the handle is locked automatically and then start lifting. Overloading during lifting and transportation of sheets is prohibited. No one is allowed to pass under the sheets held by the Magnetic Lifter. The temperature and ambient temperature of the Fe content metal to be transported must be lower than 80 \u00baC. There should be no strong vibration and impact. When lifting and holding cylindrical parts, the actual lifting capacity will generally be 30-50% of the rated lifting capacity, while ensuring that the cylindrical surface makes contact with the lifter’s V-Slot in two lines.<\/p>\n
When the lifting and transporting process is finished, press the lower part to remove the safety switch from the safety pin, and then turn the lever to the \u201c+\u201d position \u201c-\u201d until \u201cRelease\u201d.
