It provides automatic separation of the iron particles in the product fed on it, without the need for a belt system, thanks to the separator blade, without touching it. Magnetic product falls to the back of the drum, non-magnetic product falls to the front of the drum. It is used in the continuous and fully automatic separation of ferromagnetic (Fe) ferrous metals in high-capacity coarse raw materials such as granules and fibers in the plastic and ceramic industries, for cleaning metal wires in grain (wheat, etc.), dry food (sugar, etc.), chemicals, carbon black.<\/p>\n

It is called Semi-Magnetic Drum because it has an angled adjustable permanent magnet inside the drum. While the product fed by pipeline or vibration flows from the drum surface with free flow, the Fe-containing metals in it cling to the magnetic surface and fall to the back surface against the product flow and leave the product. Depending on the product, different feeding methods are suggested.<\/p>\n

Magnetic Drums are manufactured from Ferrite Magnets since 1000-1500 Gauss is sufficient to separate iron, nails, etc. with high magnetic sensitivity.<\/p>\n

Neodymium Magnets are used to separate weak magnetic particles. The magnetic flux density value measured on the stainless armor surface can be manufactured with B: 2000-2500 Gauss \/ 3000-3500 Gauss \/ 4000-4500 Gauss \/ 6000-7000 Gauss. These values depend on the particle size of the product fed, the magnetic sensitivity of the metal, etc. are selected and recommended according to their characteristics.<\/p>\n
