Aqueous systems are preferred because of the magnetic clustering of micron-sized minerals. The problem of very large losses with other ore preparation methods in the enrichment of minerals with small liberation size has been overcome by wet magnetic separators. In addition to heavy liquid enrichment, it is used safely in the separation of metal wastes from liquids such as flowing glaze, enamel, oil, etc. Thanks to these separators, the product is recovered and enriched, and the life of the machine and filters is extended.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>HEAVY FLUID ENHANCEMENT MAGNETIC SEPARATOR<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The working principle of the wet separators used in the industry to enrich the powders of fine magnetite minerals or high-ferrous halite such as ferro-silicon is given in the diagram below. Precious ore cannot be used in a certain proportion of the material fed on average by slimming. Thanks to wet magnetic separators, the ores were recovered.
